MANDATORY INSTRUCTIONS FOR VISA APPLICANTS WITH ALREADY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS

Please be advised that according  to guidelines received from the Embassy of Greece in London (Consular section) resulting from the overwhelming demand for appointments at the Greece Visa Application Centres (VACs) in the UK, GVCW is obliged to curtail the number of applications received daily until the end of April. 

So that GVCW continues to provide excellent services, applicants applying for a visa to Greece must strictly comply with the following MANDATORY INSTRUCTIONS THAT MAY IMPACT ALREADY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS.

APPLICANTS TRAVELLING TO GREECE IN MARCH AND UP TILL JULY 24, 2024, WITH ALREADY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS.

To be valid, please ensure that your appointment for visa is booked the earliest 25 calendar days before the date of your departure (including Saturday and Sunday) and no later than 20 calendar days before the date of your departure (including Saturday and Sunday). Example: Departure date May 26: Earliest valid appointment: May 1. Latest valid appointment: May 6.

APPLICANTS  TRAVELLING FROM JULY 25th ONWARDS WITH ALREADY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS

To be valid, please ensure that your appointment for visa is rescheduled between the 20th and 30th of June 2024

IF YOUR APPOINTMENT IS ALREADY SCHEDULED ON DATES THAT DO NOT CONFORM WITH THESE INSTRUCTIONS, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU RESCHEDULE THOSE DATES.
